Privacy policy

When you send us a message, request a home valuation, or contact an agent, we collect the name, email address, phone number, property details, and message you choose to give us. We do not ask for a Social Security number, bank details, or payment information anywhere on this site, and you should never send those to us by email.

Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, which are used to keep the site running and to block abuse.

We use what you send us to answer you, to prepare the valuation or property search you asked for, and to keep in touch about your enquiry. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

Form submissions are delivered by our email provider. Property search is powered by IDX Broker using data licensed from the multiple listing service; when you use the search, your activity is subject to their systems as well. If we route enquiries into a customer relationship manager, your enquiry is stored there too. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is not permitted to sell it.

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Reply to any message from us, or write to contact@perezrealtyteam.com.
